A private video documentation of experimenting with verbalizing my thoughts while improvising.

This is a video I did 2014 mostly for myself. However I am sharing it, because it's the start of something (though I did not further proceed in - yet!). The improv is led by the 4phases from Jane Hawley (Movement Fundamentals). It starts very slow but becomes more interesting later (after 5 min.).
I think it's very interesting to look at the relation from verbalized thought to movement.
