Hello… What are you doing here?

The December Issue

Dear Member of the IDOCDE Community,

We are proud to announce that the IDOCDE project REFLEX Europe has been selected by the Austrian National Agency Erasmus+ Education in the category Strategic Partnership as one of the top five projects (out of five hundred in competition).

The Austrian National Agency states that that this recognition “emphasizes the importance of the quality of mobility projects and strategic partnerships and sets an example for sustainability in the educational world. The immense commitment and the full dedication of the project promoters are also taken into account with this award.”

We are honoured by this recognition and would like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude and share this achievement with every person and every institution that has supported IDOCDE over the years. Here we’d like to share further impressions from the award ceremony through Defne Erdur’s lens. http://www.idocde.net/idocs/4650

The IDOCDE project, which includes LEAP and REFLEX Europe, has taken an enormous amount of effort, time and attention, an incredible amount of labour–each second of which is justified by every uploaded idoc, with every shared reflection, and with every contribution made to the body of knowledge framed by the words art, dancing, experiment, performing, choreographing, and teaching.

We will end this year on a high. Thank you for the gorgeous 2019. We hope 2020 will bring with its challenges many reasons for celebration. May you find rest over the holiday season, and support in your families; be them families you’ve chosen, were born into, or both. If you opt for solitude, may your time apart nourish and enrich your experience of time together.

With love and devotion, and until soon
